Established in 2019RTS is the vision of our Founder and President, Dr. Charlie Miller. After two decades of serving churches and seminary studies, he believed there had to be a more affordable and more convenient option for delivering a high-quality education to pastors, church staff, and volunteer teachers. As a revitalization pastor for more than 20 years, he understands the education pastors need to challenge their people and grow churches.

Our GoalIt's simple. We offer Master and Doctoral degrees designed and led by scholarly pastors for pastors, staff pastors, and volunteers who desire to teach and serve the local church.
Our pricing is simple... A Master's degree is $4,500 for a two-year program.* A Doctoral degree is $6,000 for a three-year program.* Partial and full scholarships are available for International students. *actual degree completion times vary |

Charlie has earned several advanced degrees in Theology, Communication, and Leadership. He has led and grown struggling churches from 40 attenders to 1,000 attenders. He is passionate about doctrine, preaching, and church health. He is uniquely qualified to help train current and future church leaders.

Jerry began pastoral and counseling ministry in 1960, leading his church in Rittman, OH for 32 years. Jerry is passionate about theology, ministry, and pastoral counseling. His faithfulness, vast experience, and expertise in counseling make him an integral and indispensable asset to the seminary.
